1. Time of payment: There are two Payment Terms available. Pre-event (on Sunday before the event date) or Post-event of Net 30 Days. The rate per person will be less for pre-event terms and more for post-event terms.
2. Cancellation: More than 7 days before the event - free of charge; 7 or fewer days before the event - full payment will be charged. 
3. Non-payment or partial payment: If payments for services previously provided are not paid, Unforgettable Israel Ltd. reserves the right not to honor orders made by the customer in case of outstanding payments from the same tourist company (the customer).
4. Period of terms: Quotations and orders made from December 12, 2022, will be subject to these terms. 
5. Payment method: Payment will be paid by bank transfer for account number 662312 at Bank 12 (Bank Hapoalim), Branch 690 King George, named Unforgettable Israel Ltd.
6. Procedure: Payment against tax invoice as is customary by law. It is agreed that in respect of any claim or claims made by the customer to Shabbat of a Lifetime/ Unforgettable Israel Ltd. for the hospitality, and for any reason, the customer will not have the right to offset the total consideration he undertook for the activity and that each claim as stated will be clarified separately regardless of the customer's duty to first bear the full payment of the proceeds under this agreement. 
7. Binding Consent: Clicking on the Submit button means agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Group combinations: Shabbat of a Lifetime hosts groups and individuals. The minimum amount for a group is 10 people. Under 10 people, guests will be considered FITs, and Shabbat of a Lifetime retains the right to add different groups of individuals to the same house. An order of 15 or more people is considered a group and no people will be added outside the group (except for agents on tours and personal guests of the host family).
