A Tour Operator Inspection is a preview visit designed for professionals who curate itineraries. You’ll join a Shabbat meal alongside an existing group to experience the atmosphere, hosting style, and flow of the evening—so you can evaluate whether this Shabbat experience is right for your future groups.

This inspection is ideal if you want to:

  • Understand the guest experience end-to-end

  • See how the evening works with a real group

  • Assess suitability for your traveler profile

  • Explore how to integrate SOAL into your itinerary

Inspections are open to anyone who plans or recommends group experiences, including:

  • Tour Operators / DMCs / Travel agents

  • Pastors / Rabbis / Community leaders

  • Group organizers, coordinators, trip planners

  • Anyone responsible for building an itinerary

Step 1: Submit the regular inquiry form

Fill out our standard form with your trip/inspection details.

Step 2: Select “TO Inspection”

On the form, tick the option “TO Inspection” so we know your request is for an inspection visit.

Step 3: We check availability + group consent

Inspections depend on two things:

  • Space/feasibility on the requested Shabbat

  • The hosting group’s comfort level with an inspector joining

Step 4: Confirmation + details

Once approved, we’ll confirm the Shabbat date and share any important arrival details and expectations.
