A Vision Reborn: Celebrating Yom Yerushalayim
For the Jewish people, Jerusalem has always been more than a city—it is a sacred dream. It is the timeless vision of a home where heaven meets earth. Where the eternal spirit of our people is home.
Jerusalem is the collective heartbeat of our nation, a pulse that has remained steady across thousands of years. From the foundational journey of Avraham and Yitzchak to the glorious reigns of King David and King Solomon, this dream has burned brightly in every generation. Even through the shadows of destruction and the defiant spirit of Bar Kochva, our connection remained unbroken.
Fifty-nine years ago, the dream took hold of reality once more. The sound of the shofar echoed at the Western Wall, carried by the soldiers of the Israel Defense Forces, signaling a homecoming that changed history.
Today, we invite you to join us in this unfolding miracle. Let us raise our voices in Hallel, singing together in celebration of a rebuilt Jerusalem!
Together, we embrace our mission: to ensure that the light of this holy city continues to shine for all the generations yet to come.
This is our city. This is our story. Come celebrate it with us.

❤️ Support the SOAL Community
Over the past fifteen years, we, The Shabbat of a Lifetime Community, have opened up our homes and facilitated over 150,000 transformative experiences around our Shabbat tables.
Today, as the distance between Israel and communities around the world continues to grow, our mission is more vital than ever: to ensure that every visitor — regardless of financial background — can experience the warmth, beauty, and meaning of the timeless tradition of Shabbat.
As members of our community, please help us broaden our support base and build lasting connections to Israel and the Jewish people, strengthen Jewish identity, and create meaningful human connections that endure long after our Shabbat guests leave our homes…
